The most current release is always the one that can be downloaded from our website. You can see the version number you currently have installed by looking at the text at the bottom of the splash screen. The first two numbers are the version number.  The last number is the build number.  Teacup will occasionally release patch fixes where only the build number of the plug-in will change.

To show the splash screen, go to InDesign (Mac) / Help (Win) > About Plug-ins > Teacup and navigate to your plug-in from there.
